Junior/Young Rider Development Group
The International Riders Working Group is aware that it needs to encourage more TREC riders to put themselves forward as interested in developing their skills and setting their sights on competing internationally in the future.
To this end, the Group is restarting the work of the Junior/Young Rider Development Group, intended to support junior and young riders just into the sport, showing interest and potential as TREC competitors. These individuals could be as young as ten or eleven or as old as eighteen or twenty-one.
Junior and young riders in Wessex TREC are invited to join this group and benefit from the opportunities being part of the group will bring. The idea is to encourage them to attend training events /set themselves training targets for the future and generally make them feel part of the TREC GB family as well as their local TREC club.
