Competitions are structured so that riders can help by sharing the stewarding, judging and similar roles, as well as competing; and at 3-phase competitions, the help of relatives and friends is also often needed. Below is a suggested list of ways in which members, or their relatives and friends, can help - ideally free of charge, or if not, as economically priced as possible.
